Nice dress, slow delivery

Quick question about returns. If something doesn't fit or I change my mind, is it a pain to send stuff back? Are returns free or do you have to pay for postage?

Returns are pretty straightforward, but I'm pretty sure you gotta pay for your own postage to send it back. They don't do free returns like some places.

Nah, definitely not free returns unfortunately. I had to send a skirt back once and paid for the shipping myself. Just make sure it's unworn with tags and you'll get a refund or store credit.

Almost always those welcome discounts specifically exclude sale items or cannot be combined. I tried it once on a sale dress and it didn't work. Super annoying.

Pretty sure they won't let you stack it. Most brands don't let you use a first-timer code on already discounted stuff. It's usually one or the other.

I find them pretty true to size, especially for the flowy stuff. If you're between sizes though, maybe size up for comfort, but usually my regular size fits.

Shipping internationally from Aus can be a bit slow. I've had stuff take like 2-3 weeks sometimes. For next weekend it might be cutting it close unless you pay for express shipping.

They do ship internationally, but I'm in Australia so can't really speak to US times specifically. I'd check their site for the international shipping estimates, they usually have a section for that.
